Stagtee Return and Refund Policy

At Stagtee, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our hassle-free return and refund policy.

Return Policy:

  • You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags attached.
  • Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • Intimate apparel such as underwear and swimwear are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.
  • Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Refund Policy:

  • Please note that a ₹100 processing fee will be charged on all approved returns to cover packaging, handling, and quality checks.
  • The refund amount will be issued after deducting this fee.
  • If your return is approved, we'll initiate the refund process.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll promptly send you an email notification to confirm its arrival.
  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will request your bank details to proceed with the refund.
  • Refunds will be credited to your bank account within 3-4 business days after you provide accurate and valid bank details.

    Exchanges:

    • If you need to make an exchange, you should reach out to our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order and fill out the RETURN / EXCHANGE form.
    • Once we receive and inspect a product and confirm its eligibility for exchange, than we will generate your exchange.
    • Customers can exchange any particular product only once. If a customer wishes to exchange it a second time, additional charges may apply.

    Cancellation:

    • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact us via the contact us to request a cancellation.
