1. You have to login with correct email.
2. Go to the My Account -> Order.
3. Now you can see the Order Id bottam of the your purchesed product.

- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a Order Id.
- You can use this Order Id or Registerd Email id/Mobile Number, to monitor the status of your shipment online by click here "TRACK MY ORDER".
- If your return is approved, we'll initiate the refund process.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll promptly send you an email notification to confirm its arrival.
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will request your bank details to proceed with the refund.
- Refunds will be credited to your bank account within 3-4 business days after you provide accurate and valid bank details.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
